Enterprise Tuesday is a series of FREE evening lectures and networking sessions managed and delivered by the University of Cambridge's Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (CfEL).
A panel of experts who have assisted many novice entrepreneurs and played active roles in growing ventures will talk about their experiences at this session. The entrepreneurial journey begins with an idea and results in a new venture. This is just the start and there are many challenges ahead in order to grow the business. The subsequent development requires clarity, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of management in all its various components.
Should the founders grow a lifestyle business or a high growth business? What are the personal implications of such choices? What might be the motivations for either? What should a founder or CEO of a growth venture really think about?
